Samsung has introduced its new Samsung Galaxy Samsung Galaxy A51 in Pakistan. It has been build with One UI based on Android 10 OS (Upgradeable to Android 12). The smartphone is available in Prism, Crush Black, White, Blue and Pink colors. It is a Dual SIM Phone which supports 2G, 3G and 4G network bands. It has a powerful chipset of Exynos 9611 with Octa Core Processor.
It has large display of size 6.5 Inches Super AMOLED Plus Capacitive Touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Samsung Galaxy A51 has built-in memory of 128 GB with 6 GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy A51 Camera Review
A51 comes with a quad camera setup at the back, there is a main sensor of 48 MP with f/2.0 aperture, the second camera is an ultra-wide sensor of 12 MP with f/2.2 aperture. The remaining two sensors are 5 MP macro and 5 MP depth sensors. There is an LED flash along with it for lighting up the environment for capturing the bright images and videos.
The selfie camera houses a 32 MP sensor for capturing selfies. You will notice that dynamic range of the photos captured are good but sometimes it seems to underexposed. Some colors like blue and orange are over saturated which disturbs the original tone of the image.
Design
A51 has been built with a material what the Samsung calls ‘Glasstic’. It combines the feel of glass and plastic but at the end of the day it is still a plastic. It offers a better grip. On the bottom of the phone, you will find a USB Type-C charging port, along with the headphone jack and a mic. On the right side there is lock key along with the volume rocker buttons and on the left side is SIM tray for Dual SIM and SD card.
Battery
The battery of this phone is of 4000 mAh, which can provide you a good backup considering the presence of low powered CPU and low RAM. It can be charged at a speed of 18W which can considered be slow. The tested running time of battery is about 29 hours for a full charge. It can take upto 1 hours 30 minutes for the battery to go from 0% to 100% under normal condtions.
Performance
The processor used in Galaxy A51 is Exynos 9611 which is considered to be an average one. Along with the 4GB RAM, you aren’t going to get a wow performance from this device. You will have to bear sluggish behavior of this device even when using for daily tasks. The storage however is good as it comes with 128 GB internal storage with memory expansion option. The benchmarks scores of this device are also not satisfying.
